A few things you can sort out right here. If you're signed in, open Settings → Support instead — it's the same help with your account details already attached.

Trouble signing in

Double-check the email address and password. If the password isn't working, reset it from Forgot password — we'll email you a link that expires in 30 minutes.

Didn't get a confirmation or reset email

Check your spam or junk folder first. Reset links and email confirmations arrive within a minute or two. If you signed up but never confirmed your email, try signing in — we'll offer to resend the confirmation. Still nothing? Email us at the address below and we'll sort it out.

Something else

For account lockouts, billing, or anything not covered above, email support@crossary.com. Tell us what happened, what you expected, and any exact error message you saw — that's usually enough for us to help in one reply.
